The Bloom Coffee project had its beginnings in Europe in 2020, in the vibrant city of Lyon, France. Driven by the vast experience of more than 15 years as a coffee roaster of one of its founding partners, this project was born with a shared passion for coffee.

From its early days, the team behind Bloom Coffee always had the vision to expand and explore new horizons in search of exciting opportunities. In that spirit, WeAre Bloom was born in New York, USA.

With the combination of four partners who bring knowledge, skills and a deep understanding and passion for the world of coffee, this journey into new challenges such as the North American market represents not only a geographic expansion, but also a renewed commitment to excellence and quality.
